Your relationship with Bravishow agency is as an independent contractor. Typically, we start with part-time positions in a freelancing capacity. However, the working arrangement may change if Bravishow agency signs an exclusive contract requiring full-time work outside your home country.

Initially, you'll work with us from your hometown. We'll discuss further details if there are projects that require you to work outside your homeland.

Payment consists of four components, but please note that not all talents and influencers are eligible for all of them. While Bravishow agency provides a standard contract template to all talents, the basic salary amounts may vary, and this information should remain confidential.

1.Minimum basic salary for exclusive content on Chinese social media.
2.Earnings based on the number of views.
3.Sales commission for online merchandise.
4.Advertising income from brand advertisers.
Your income is half-to-half. Our agency fee is 50% of the income generated from views, sales commission, and ads.

You'll receive weekly payments for your basic salary. Regarding sales income, Bravishow agency will pay in cash or use PayPal to pay you once your earnings reach a minimum of $100. We'll calculate your earnings and send you an email notice to check the amount.

To be eligible for a partnership agreement, you need to meet the following conditions:
Your account must be at least 60 days old.
You must have at least 1,000 subscribers from your followers.
You need to have received at least 100 views per day for the last 30 days.

Typically, our videos are 5 to 20 minutes in length, and the shooting process usually takes about 2 hours, including preparation.

A streaming live video sales session typically lasts 60 minutes online, with an additional 60 minutes of preparation time per session. If you invite someone to join you in the video, please inform us whether they'll be part of your group, as future earnings will be divided among group members.

Your content must be free of copyright strikes and in good standing. You must appear in your videos as a prominent figure. Additionally, please avoid sending us the same video content that has already been posted on other social media platforms. You can provide raw tape scripts, music details, song names, and descriptions.

We recommend not posting identical or similar videos on both Chinese social media and global platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to prevent potential copyright conflicts.

You're encouraged to refer talented friends to Bravishow agency. You'll receive a one-time bonus of $50 for each successful referral.

Before agreeing to this split, consider whether you can generate more profits on your own. Assess your skills, energy, and confidence in growing your content independently. Bravishow.com offers various digital marketing skills, Chinese translation, on-site support, and technical assistance to help you explore the Chinese market, which you might not be familiar with. Becoming a partner could be beneficial if the 50% profit split appeals to you, as it might be challenging to achieve the same level of income on your own.

Talents should know that history post contents are the result of joint venture investments and cannot be removed from social media platforms, even if the talents choose to work elsewhere.

If talents become famous and wish to start their own business independently, we encourage them to establish their own office and company. In this scenario, Bravishow agency becomes your partner and offers investment, technical support, and network assistance with a 20% stake in your newly established organization. This way, talents can earn 80% of the gross sales revenue, with 20% going to Bravishow.com's owner shares.
